In this regard, the present study aims to investigate the role and position of this activist in the stability of the historic neighborhoods of Yazd city by identifying and analyzing the performance of urban management and considering the importance of this strategic and key actor in cities. This article attempts to use a questionnaire tool in a four-dimensions of socio-cultural, economic, environmental, and physical environment, with an applied-development approach and documentary and survey method, after recognizing the satisfaction status of urban management in the area's sustainability to achieve the above goal. The results of t-test and variance analysis indicate that the performance of urban management in the form of quadruple stability of the locality in the historical regions of Yazd is not favorable and is less than average. Also, the results of analysis of variance indicate that there is a significant difference between citizens in urban management performance in socio-cultural, environmental and physical dimensions of the districts, but in terms of economic dimensions of the nine neighborhoods of historical texture, there is a significant difference And citizens of all neighborhoods have assessed the performance of urban management as poorly. <strong>امروزه مدیریت نوین شهری در قالب </strong><strong>فرایند</strong><strong> یکپارچه‌‌سازی کوشش‌‌های </strong><strong>کنش‌‌گران شهری </strong><strong>با شکل‌‌دهی به فضای زیستی در همة زمینه‌‌ها، با هدف بهبود اوضاع زیست- محیطی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی، کالبدی- فیزیکی و اقتصادی شهرها و به‌طور ویژه محله‌های شهری، در‌پی افزایش رفاه شهروندان و دستیابی به توسعة پایدار محله‌‌ای و شهری است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر بر آن است تا با شناسایی و تحلیل عملکرد مدیریت شهری، نقش و جایگاه این کنش‌‌گر را در پایداری محله‌های ناحیة تاریخی شهر یزد مورد بررسی قرار داده و </strong><strong>با توجه به اهمیت این کنش‌‌گر راهبردی و کلیدی در شهرها، به تحلیل آن بپردازد. این نوشتار کوشیده است با رویکردی کاربردی- توسعه‌‌ای و با روش اسنادی و پیمایشی، پس از شناخت وضعیت رضایت از عملکرد مدیریت شهری در پایداری محله‌‌ای در چهار بُعد اجتماعی- فرهنگی، اقتصادی، زیست- محیطی و فیزیکی- کالبدی، با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه به هدف فوق دست یابد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون‌‌های آماری </strong><strong>T-test</strong><strong> و تحلیل واریانس، مبیّن این نکات است که عملکرد مدیریت شهری در قالب ابعاد چهارگانة پایداری محله‌‌ای در محله‌های بافت تاریخی شهر یزد، شرایط مطلوبی را دارا نبوده و از حد‌ متوسط کمتر است. همچنین، نتایج آزمون تحلیل واریانس بیان می‌‌کند که از‌نظرِ شهروندان، عملکرد مدیریت شهری در ابعاد اجتماعی- فرهنگی، زیست- محیطی و فیزیکی- کالبدی بین محله‌ها، تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما از‌نظرِ شاخص‌‌های بُعد اقتصادی بین محله‌های نه‌‌گانة بافت تاریخی، تفاوت معناداری وجود نداشته و شهروندان همة محله‌ها‌ عملکرد مدیریت شهری را ضعیف ارزیابی کرده‌‌اند.</strong> https://gaij.usb.ac.ir/article_3389_3008045462d930e7eb3e83d69315bad4.pdf
