Islamshahr is one of the important cities of Tehran province and the most populous city of this province after Tehran, which due to its high population currently has only two hospitals with a total of 230 beds. This city needs at least 350 more beds to reach the national standard. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the optimal sites to create this important infrastructure in this city, as well as to evaluate the location of existing hospitals. For this purpose, criteria such as proper access, environmental indicators and socio-economic indicators have been used. In this article, a framework based on GIS and multi-criteria decision analysis (MCDA) is presented to identify the optimal sites for hospital construction in Eslamshahr city. Since one of the important things in decision-making is the participation of citizens, the opinions of three categories of people including doctors, urban planning experts, as well as patients who have visited the hospital have been used. The assessment of the status of existing hospitals by combining the opinions of all three groups of citizens showed that the location suitability of the two existing hospitals is 8.2 and 7.9 out of 10. While the best optimal location identified from their point of view has a score of 9.3. Finally, optimal locations for the construction of new hospitals have been suggested.  <strong>بیمارستان­ها یکی از مهمترین زیرساخت­های بهداشتی-درمانی می­باشند که تقاضا برای دسترسی مناسب به این خدمات، متناسب با افزایش جمعیت و همین­طور بهبود استانداردهای زندگی، بالا می­رود. اسلامشهر یکی از شهرهای مهم استان تهران و پرجمعیت­ترین شهر این استان بعد از شهر تهران است که با توجه به جمعیت بالای آن، در حال حاضر فقط دو بیمارستان دارد که مجموعاً 230 تخت دارند. این شهر برای رسیدن به استاندارد کشوری حداقل 350 تخت دیگر نیاز دارد؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مکان­های بهینه جهت ایجاد این زیرساخت مهم در سطح این شهر و همین­طور ارزیابی مکان­گزینی بیمارستان­های موجود می­باشد. برای این­منظور، از معیارهای چون: دسترسی مناسب، شاخص­های محیطی و شاخص­های اجتماعی-اقتصادی استفاده شده است. در این مقاله چهارچوبی مبتنی بر «GIS» و تحلیل تصمیم­گیری چندمعیاره «MCDA» جهت شناسایی مکان­های بهینة احداث بیمارستان در شهر اسلامشهر ارائه شده است. از آن­جا که یکی از موارد مهم در تصمیم­گیری­ها، مشارکت شهروندان می­باشد؛ بنابراین از نظرات سه دسته از افراد شامل: پزشکان، کارشناسان برنامه­ریزی شهری و همین­طور بیماران و مردم عادی که به بیمارستان مراجعه کرده­اند، استفاده شده است. ارزیابی وضعیت بیمارستان­های موجود با تلفیق نظرات هر سه گروه از شهروندان نشان­داد که میزان تناسب مکان­گزینی دو بیمارستان موجود ۸.۲ و ۷.۹  از مقدار ۱۰ می­باشد در حالی­که بهترین مکان بهینة شناسایی­شده از دیدگاه آن­ها دارای امتیاز ۹.۳ است. در نهایت نیز مکان­های بهینه جهت احداث بیمارستان­های جدید پیشنهاد شده است.</strong> https://gaij.usb.ac.ir/article_9453_5fe5db4af111c4be8e4bd9abc0aafcf8.pdf
