However, no integrated strategic model based on futures studies has yet been proposed for the different urban fabrics of Tabriz. The sectoral and short-sighted management of these spaces has led to an inability to cope with instabilities and future changes. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to develop and present an integrated strategic management model for public spaces in Tabriz's urban fabrics based on a futures studies approach, providing a coherent framework for the sustainable improvement of these spaces through a forward-looking and holistic perspective.This research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed-method (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of approach. In the qualitative phase, using thematic analysis and semi-structured interviews with 20 experts (urban managers, university professors, and urban planners), the key factors affecting the management of public spaces in Tabriz's future horizon were extracted. In the quantitative phase, these factors were presented in a questionnaire based on the cross-impact analysis technique MicMac to 30 experts. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by expert opinion, and its reliability was confirmed using the test-retest method. Data were analyzed using MICMAC software to identify key drivers and analyze the cross-impact matrix.The findings showed that the stakeholder participation factor, with an influence score of 88, had the greatest impact on the system, while the quality of public space factor, with a score of 67, had the least impact. Furthermore, six key drivers were identified based on their direct and indirect influence, at the forefront of which was "attracting capital and private sector participation" with direct and indirect influence scores of 798 and 660, respectively. The final model was presented as a four-layer framework, proposing strategic focus on three main driving factors (with an average score of over 730) as the core component for transforming the system.The innovation of this research lies in the integration of three elements integrated institutional management, a futures studies approach based on uncertainties, and differentiation of Tabriz's urban fabrics within a strategic model.  <strong>گسترش شتابان شهرنشینی و پیچیدگی‌های مدیریت شهری در کلان‌شهرهایی مانند تبریز، موجب تشدید چالش‌هایی چون اختلال در کارکرد، اُفت کیفیت زیست­پذیری و کاهش سرزندگی فضاهای عمومی شده است. بااین‌حال، تاکنون مدل راهبردی یکپارچه مبتنی بر آینده‌پژوهی برای بافت‌های متفاوت تبریز، ارائه نشده است. مدیریت بخش­گونه و فاقد چشم‌انداز بلندمدت این فضاها، ناتوانی در مواجهه با ناپایداری‌ها و تغییرات آینده را در پی داشته است؛ ازاین‌رو، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین و ارائة یک مدل راهبردی مدیریت یکپارچة فضاهای عمومی در بافت‌های شهری تبریز با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است تا با نگاهی پیش­نگر و کل‌نگر، چارچوبی منسجم برای ارتقای پایدار این فضاها فراهم­آورد. روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته (کیفی-کمّی) است. در مرحلة کیفی، با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و مصاحبة نیمه­ساختاریافته با 20 خبره (مدیران شهری، اساتید دانشگاه و برنامه‌ریزان شهری)، عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر مدیریت فضاهای عمومی در افق آیندة تبریز استخراج­شد. در مرحلة کمّی، این عوامل در قالب پرسشنامه‌ای مبتنی بر تکنیک تحلیل اثرات متقاطع میک­مک در اختیار 30 نفر از خبرگان قرارگرفت که روایی محتوایی آن با نظر خبرگان و پایایی آن با روش بازآزمون تأیید شد تا با شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی و ماتریس تأثیرات متقابل تحلیل­گردد. جهت تحلیل، از نرم‌افزار میک­مک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان­داد که مؤلفة مشارکت ذی‌نفعان با امتیاز تأثیرگذاری ۸۸، بیشترین تأثیر را بر سیستم داشته است، درحالی‌که مؤلفة کیفیت فضای عمومی  با امتیاز ۶۷ کمترین تأثیرگذاری را دارا بود. همچنین، شش عامل کلیدی بر اساس سهم اثرگذاری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم شناسایی­شدند که در رأس آن‌ها جلب سرمایه و مشارکت بخش خصوصی با امتیاز ۷۹۸ (مستقیم) و ۶۶۰ (غیرمستقیم) قراردارد. مدل نهایی به‌صورت یک چارچوب چهار لایه ارائه­شد که تمرکز راهبردی بر سه عامل محرک اصلی (با میانگین امتیاز بیش از ۷۳۰) را به‌عنوان مؤلفة اصلی جهت تحول سیستم پیشنهاد می‌کند. نوآوری پژوهش در تلفیق سه عنصر مدیریت یکپارچة نهادی، رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی مبتنی بر عدم قطعیت‌ها و تمایز بافت‌های شهری تبریز در قالب یک مدل راهبردی است.</strong> https://gaij.usb.ac.ir/article_9860_506b2211c5d1a2de44937d7623ebade7.pdf
