Abstract

Although the city's dilapidated and historic fabric has been the beating heart of the urban system in historical periods, but with the isolation of these textures, the city is also affected by these contexts and has suffered harmful effects. Therefore, necessary to determine the effects and consequences of these textures, and take necessary measures to balance with other urban contexts. This research has been done with the aim of recreating the worn-out tissues of zanjan city and tries to extract operators by identifying the consequences and potential hazards of decay textures to be able to regenerate decay textures, for this reason, the fema technique has been used to identify the effects of decay textures, characterize the rpn value and determine the operators. Also to confirm the ability of operators to regenerate decay textures of structural equation modeling has been used in the pls method. Research results have shown that urban decay textures can have detrimental effects with irreparable severity and high probability of occurrence that the possibility of detecting and controlling it is beyond the control of city officials. The greatest effect of worn tissues was related to increased pollution, increased abnormalities and decreased belonging which may have detrimental effects on the whole city and be inevitable. The results of the fema method showed a rpn above 300 for all decay textures effects and are distinguished from the obvious type and structural equation modeling has been used to validate the results of the fema technique. In this regard, six operators have been proposed to regenerate decay textures, that the paying attention to the stakeholders in organizing the tissues, benefiting from smart urban growth and urban management with the participation of citizens had the highest impact factor.
