سنجش و تحلیل شاخص‌‌های خلاقیت در نظام سکونتگاهی استان لرستان

چکیده

جهان در حال تغییرات عمدۀ اقتصادی و اجتماعی است. به‌‌نظر می‌‌رسد ما به سمت برهه‌‌ای از زمان پیش می‌‌رویم که خلاقیت محرک رشد اقتصاد ملی، منطقه‌‌ای و شهری است و از آنجایی که امروزه شهرها زیستگاه اصلی طبقۀ خلاق هستند، همواره رقابت اصلی شهرها بر سر پرورش، حفظ و جذب طبقۀ خلاق و سرمایۀ انسانی خواهد بود. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، هدف این پژوهش نیز تعیین مهم‌‌ترین شاخص‌‌‌‌ها و رتبه‌‌‌‌بندی شهرستان‌‌‌‌های استان لرستان ازنظر میزان برخورداری از شاخص‌‌‌‌های خلاقیت است. این تحقیق ازنظر ماهیت، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و جمع‌‌‌‌آوری داده‌‌‌‌ها به‌صورت مرور اسنادی بوده‌‌است. در این پژوهش پس از حل مدل DANP وزن هریک از شاخص‌‌‌‌های سی‌‌وچهارگانۀ خلاقیت به‌‌دست آمد. در ادامه از مدل VIKOR برای رتبه‌‌بندی شهرستان‌‌‌‌ها براساس ضریب خلاقیت (Q) استفاده شد. در این راستا، نتایج تکنیک VIKOR نشان داد که شهرستان خرم‌‌آباد به‌‌عنوان مرکز استان با ضریب (0) در رتبۀ اول و شهرستان‌‌‌‌های بروجرد (2214/0)، الیگودرز (4966/0)، ازنا (6802/0)، سلسله (6803/0)، دورود (7075/0)، پلدختر (7586/0)، کوهدشت (8639/0) و دلفان (9244/0) به‌‌ترتیب در رتبه‌‌‌‌های بعدی از لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص‌‌‌‌های خلاقیت قرار دارند. یافته‌‌‌‌های به‌دست‌آمده از تکنیک DANP نشان داد که از میان شاخص‌‌های 34گانۀ شهر خلاق ازنظر میزان اهمیت در تحقق مفهوم خلاقیت در شهرستان‌‌‌‌های استان لرستان شاخص درصد متخصصان (0434/0) به‌‌عنوان تأثیرگذارترین عامل و همچنین شاخص تعداد صندلی سینما (0202/0) به‌‌عنوان کم‌‌اثرترین شاخص شناخته‌شد.

Today's cities are a place for creativity, and in the 21st century, the main competition of cities will be to cultivate, preserve and attract the creative class and human capital. The purpose of this study was to determine the most important indicators and rankings of Lorestan province townships in terms of the level of creativity indicators. This research is descriptive-analytical in nature and data collection has been desk review. In this research, after solving the DANP model, the weight of each of the thirty-four indicators of creativity was obtained.  In the following the the VIKOR model was used to rank cities based on creativity factor(Q). In this regard, the results of the VIKOR technique showed that Khorramabad township as the provincial capital with  factor (0) in the first and Boroujerd (0.2214) townships , Aligudarz (0.4966), Azna (0.6802) Selsele (0.6803) Doroud (0.7075) Poldokhtar (0.7586) kohdasht(0.8639) Delfan (0.9244) are ranked next in terms of creativity indicators. The findings of the DANP technique showed that among the 34 indicators of the creative city in terms of importance in the realization of the concept of creativity in Lorestan province townships , the percentage of specialists indicator (0.0434) as the most influential factor, as well as the indicator of the number of seats in the cinema (0.0202) was recognized as the least effective indicator.
