شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهر دوستدار سالمند (نمونۀ موردی: کلان‌شهر تبریز)

چکیده

الگوی جمعیت جهانی، روندی روبه‌رشد به سوی سالمندی دارد و ضروری است فضاهای شهری، سازه‌ها و خدمات به‌طور ایدئال با ذهنیت سالمندان برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شوند. دراین‌راستا، در سال 2006 سازمان بهداشت جهانی 8 شاخص کلیدی را به‌عنوان ضروریات شهر دوستدار سالمند مطرح کرده که نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهرها در راستای تحقق این شاخص‌ها احساس می‌شود. با توجه به اهمیت تحقق شهر دوستدار سالمند در عصر حاضر، هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر برنامه‌ریزی و طراحی شهر دوستدار سالمند در کلان‌شهر تبریز است. روش تحقیق در مطالعۀ حاضر، کمّی با ماهیت کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است که به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از مدل حداقل مجذورات جزئی در نرم‌افزار Warp-PLS استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق نیز شامل مدیران، مسئولان و کارشناسان شهری تبریز (حدوداً 1500 نفر) است و حجم نمونه براساس مدل اصلاح‌شدۀ کوکران 340 نفر برآورد شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد بیشترین اثرگذاری در تحقق شهر دوستدار سالمند تبریز، در بُعد برنامه‌ریزی مربوط به مؤلفه‌های نظام برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریتی یکپارچه و هماهنگی و مشارکت نهادی و در بُعد طراحی مربوط به مؤلفه‌های کالبد دوستدار سالمند و حمل‌ونقل است که به‌ترتیب ضرایب استخراج‌شده براساس مدل ساختاری تحقیق برای هر کدام 76/0، 68/0، 62/0 و 57/0 بوده است. همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن است که بهره‌مندی از دیدگاه‌های همه‌شمولی فضاهای شهری همچون دیدگاه بنکزون1، گلداسمیت2 و طراحی اجتماعی ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر برای تحقق شهر دوستدار سالمند تبریز است.

The global population pattern has a growing trend towards aging and it is necessary to ideally plan and design urban spaces, structures and services with the elderly in mind. In this regard, in 2006, the World Health Organization proposed 8 key indicators as the necessities of an elderly-friendly city, which requires the planning and design of cities in line with the realization of these indicators. Considering the importance of realizing age-friendly city in today's era, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing the planning and design of age-friendly city in Tabriz metropolis. The research method in the current study is quantitative with an applied-developmental nature, in order to analyze the data, partial least squares model was used in Warp-PLS software. The statistical population of the research also includes managers, officials and urban experts of Tabriz (about 1500 people) and the sample size is estimated to be 340 people based on the modified model of Cochran. The findings of the research show that the most effective in the realization of age-friendly city in Tabriz is in the planning dimension related to the components of the integrated planning and management system and institutional coordination and participation, and in the design dimension related to the components of the elderly-friendly body and transportation, respectively, the coefficients extracted based on The structural model of the research was 0.76, 0.68, 0.62 and 0.57 for each. Also, the results indicate that benefiting from inclusive views of urban spaces such as Bankzon's, Goldsmith's, and social design is an inevitable necessity for the realization of age-friendly city in Tabriz.
