سنجش وضعیت و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مطلوبیت میادین و المان‏های شهری (نمونۀ موردی: شهر مریوان)

چکیده

مطلوبیت میادین شهری و المان‏های وابسته به آن، به­عنوان یکی از اثرگذارترین سازه‏های مؤثر بر کیفیت فضاهای عمومی و سرزندگی شهری، نیازمند هماهنگی کمّی و کیفی مؤلفه‏های مختلفی است که بایستی در یک مجموعة هماهنگ توسط مدیران شهری درنظرگرفته­شوند. پژوهش حاضر نیز با این هدف در شهر مریوان با دیدی زمینه­محور به­منظور ترسیم وضعیتی شفاف از مطلوبیت این عناصر، جهت تبدیل­شدن به مبنای سیاست­گذاری و برنامه‏ریزی مدیران شهری در راستای ارتقای کیفیت محیطی، انجام گرفته‏است. پژوهش کاربردی حاضر برمبنای روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی و از لحاظ نوع، کمّی–کیفی بوده و جهت گردآوری داده‏ها، در بخش نظری از منابع اسنادی و در بخش عملی از پیمایش مبتنی بر مصاحبه، مشاهده و توزیع پرسش­نامه بهره‏گرفته شده‏است. در بخش کمّی با توزیع پرسش­نامه و تجزیه­وتحلیل آن­ها با آزمون‏های آمار استنباطی و شاخص‏های توصیفی(t نمونه‏ای و میانگین و مد پاسخ‏ها) سعی بر شناسایی مطلوبیت میادین و المان‏های وابسته بر مبنای شاخص‏های تعریف­شده و در بخش کیفی بر مبنای مصاحبة نیمه‏ساختاریافته و تجزیه‏­وتحلیل آن با تکنیک کدگذاری باز و سپس، بهره‏گیری از توزیع پرسش­نامة استخراج­شده در راستای تأیید و تعمیم مبتنی بر بهره‏گیری از معادلات ساختاری، سعی بر شناسایی علل و عوامل مؤثر بر وضعیت موجود مطلوبیت و کارایی این عناصر در محیط شهری است. همچنین، جامعة آماری پژوهش مبتنی بر مدیران شهری، متخصصان علمی و آگاهانی از میان شهروندان شهر مریوان می‏باشد که به­روش هدفمند تعیین­گردیدند. یافته‏های پژوهش نشان­دادند که مطلوبیت میادین شهری شهر مریوان و المان‏های وابسته به آن­ها از لحاظ هر سه شاخص مورد بررسی مبتنی بر کیفیت طراحی، معماری و عملکرد(میانگین 2.58)، اجتماعی- اقتصادی(میانگین 2.42) و زیست­محیطی(میانگین 2.19) و 33 متغیر وابسته به آن­ها در وضعیت نامناسبی قراردارد. همچنین، مجموعه‏ای از عوامل، مبتنی بر ضعف مدیریت تخصص‏گرا و کارآمد در حوزة شهری، ضعف در تأمین و کمبود منابع مالی مدیریت سیما و منظر شهری(مؤثرترین عوامل)، تأکید بر فرم و غفلت از معنا و مفهوم در طراحی میادین و المان‏ها، درهم­ریختگی بافت کالبدی فضاهای عمومی و ضعف در مدیریت مشارکتی و مشارکت‏گرایی شهروندان در ارتقای کیفیت محیطی فضاهای عمومی شهری، بر ناپایداری و ناکارآمدی میادین و المان‏های وابسته به آن­ها در ارتقای حس سرزندگی و عملکرد مطلوب، اثرگذار هستند.

چکیده [English]

The desirability of urban squares and their related elements, as among the most influential factors shaping public-space quality and urban vitality, requires a coordinated quantitative and qualitative approach to multiple components by urban managers. This applied study in Marivan aims to provide a clear assessment of current desirability levels and to propose practical solutions. It employs a descriptive–analytical framework with a mixed-methods design: documentary sources inform the theoretical review, while interviews, field observations, and questionnaires comprise the empirical phase. In the quantitative component, questionnaires were analyzed using inferential statistics (one-sample t-tests) and descriptive metrics (means and modes) to evaluate desirability against predefined indicators. In the qualitative component, semi-structured interviews were coded openly; the emergent questionnaire was then distributed and subjected to structural equation modeling to confirm and generalize findings, identifying the causes and factors that affect these elements’ desirability and efficiency in the urban environment. The study population, selected through purposive sampling, included urban managers, academic experts, and informed residents of Marivan. Findings reveal that urban squares and their elements rank poorly on design–architecture–performance (mean = 2.58), socio-economic (mean = 2.42), and environmental (mean = 2.19) dimensions across 33 dependent variables. Major impediments include weak specialized management; inadequate funding for landscape planning and maintenance (the single most impactful factor); an emphasis on form over meaning in design; a disorganized physical fabric of public spaces; and limited participatory governance and citizen engagement. These shortcomings undermine the vitality and optimal performance of Marivan’s urban squares.
